ActiveID Identifiers
ActiveID Identifiers provide the world's most accurate one-to-many
facial identification solution for tasks such as watch list searches
and imposter/duplicate ID checking. Only ActiveID Identifier provides
the following capabilities:
- FaceVision 3D facial biometric identity verification, which
outperforms all other facial methods in the most critical performance
measures; false accept and false reject rates. This enables
hands-free facility access control using facial information alone
for the first time. It also enables national scale AFIS applications
using facial information, by ensuring that if an unknown individual is
in the database they will be detected reliably, without a lot of false
positives to clutter the review process.
- Optional ActiveFusion multi-biometric technology seamlessly fuses
fingerprint and/or 2D facial recognition with 3D face recognition to
achieve better accuracies than any single modality. Cull a large database
and establish review criteria based on fingerprint, face, or both.
- Fully-automatic operation in any lighting conditions, including bright
sunlight.
Our unique Identifier Plus product provides all the capabilities of Identifier,
plus adds automated enrollment of a new individual into the database if they
cannot be found in it during the recognition search. This enables an official
at primary or secondary inspection to verify an identity using external
means, and then instruct the system to consider the individual a known member
of the database.
