Dale Church, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Church currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for MTI Micro
Fuel Cells, Inc. and CEO of Ventures and Solutions, LLD. He has
practiced law for 30 years as a Partner in major law firms with
specialities in developing companies, mergers and acquisitions, joint
ventures, and US and International government contracting. He has served
as the head of DoD acquisition with oversight of a budget exceeding
$150 Billion. He is a director of several private corporations and is
listed in Who's Who in America.
Mike Mattox, Chief Operating Officer
Bill Britain, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Britain is a recent addition to the company. Bill has over 18 years
in financial management experience, working in the areas of Audit, Financial
Analysis, Mergers and Acquisitions and General Management. Bill has been
instrumental in two Initial Public Offering initiatives and has assisted in
raising venture financing for early stage companies. Bill is a Certified
Public Accountant, licensed in the State of Georgia and is a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Jonathan Forrester, SVP Marketing
Mr. Forrester graduated with Honors from the University of Tennessee with
a degree in Computer Science and Asian Studies. He worked for Texas
Instruments / Siemens Energy & Automation for 17 years in various
engineering and marketing positions. As a US Product Manager, he
successfully launched a new line of products for the US market. He
served as the US-Japan liaison based in Tokyo, Japan. He also served
in the US Navy Submarine Service for 8.5 years.
